Cash, Check with proper ID and ALL Charges, Debits accepted. All Sales final. Please bring help to load large items. We appreciate pickups after 2:00 PM first day of sale , and after 1:00 on Sunday. We are NOT responsible for accidents, there are stairs! Watch carefully when parking or ask our staff to help guide you. Always watch your step and take care. Watch for caution tape and "take care" caution signs as well as informational signs and posted terms of sale. We provide sold tags at the front and available from staffers for the Saturday and Sunday morning opening "rushes" for your convenience or bring your own. Please write your name clearly on the sold tags, tag your desired item and leave it in place, a runner will take to cashier's holding tables for you. We'll take the info on large furniture items to the cashier for you. You will need a receipt to pick up. All valuable smalls will be bagged and taken to the cashier holding for you by our staff. If books are not priced on the outside, they are priced in pencil just inside cover to preserve the book. No discounts until 1 P.M first day (not our usual practice but as it is in the country, we are making an exception. Everything is priced to move quickly. You are welcome and encouraged to leave a BID the first day on items you are interested in. Bid boxes and bid sheets are available several places in the home for your convenience. Second day is our fun discount day where all is negotiable. Security is in place in the home and by our staff, theft is strongly prosecuted. Please leave large bags, baskets, and overcoats at home or in your car. Tag large furniture and items with a sold tag and your name or ask for assistance. We will deliver the info to the cashier. Check to make sure all your items are there when you check out. You will need your receipt to remove large pieces from home. No Sign up or you can start one yourself at the gate. Gate won't open until 10:30 each day. About 20 Cars will fit on property, staff will help you park during busy times. If you park on road do so very carefully. We will have signs alerting of the estate sale ahead and that cars may be on the side of the road. It is steep so be careful. There is a lovely little store at the Junction of Calapooia Drive and Ore 228 that you can wait at until gate opens. Address will be posted here, online and on craigslist day of sale but just follow the signs from the junction of OR 228 and Calapooia Drive. Dating from the early 1830s the heirlooms handed down very diverse but all were beautifully cared for. Unique, Rare, Unusual antiques, amazing early sterling and coin, collectibles plus regular household offer plenty of choices for dealers, decorators, collectors and the general public. 11-5 Saturday Sept. 22 and Sunday Sept. 22 11:00 AM to 5 P.M Property gates will open at 10:30 see above instructions about gate and parking. Reasonable Offers will be considered after 1:00 PM on Saturday, we do not expect you to make repeat visits due to country location. You are welcome to also leave bids that accepted ones will be called around Noon on Sunday. Everything is negotiable on Sunday with a Sunday discount displayed as usual, but Sterling and Jewelry will not be available at half price (Just FYI) as they are priced so reasonably that we can not sell below scrap weight.
