FIREARMS CAN BE SHIPPED TO YOUR LOCAL AUTHORIZED FFL DEALER DEPENDING ON YOUR STATE, PLEASE KNOW AND FULLY UNDERSTAND YOUR OWN STATE AND FEDERAL FIREARM LAWS BEFORE BIDDING.

All firearms are sold AS-IS, WHERE IS, just like any typical auction. There are NO RETURNS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are NOT firearm experts or specialists. There may be incorrect information on a firearm(s). There may be important marks that were overlooked and not photographed. We are NOT responsible for any incorrect information, or lack of. It is solely the responsibility of the buyer to do his/her own due diligence, asking questions, and previewing in-person before bidding. Please understand that we are very thorough and go above and beyond for our customers to give as much information and pictures necessary to help with the buying process, however, when dealing with the amount of information and history of these firearms it's not hard to overlook something. Grading the condition of any given firearm is subject to the person grading it. We cannot give a condition grading report. In some cases, we may write that a specific firearm is in "good" or "very good condition" which is just our opinion and may be completely different to someone else. We can only give a vague opinion from what we can see and is only an opinion. That said, the executors of this estate have made it very clear that their father (originally purchased most of the firearms in this sale) only purchased firearms that he believed to be in good working order. None of the firearms in this sale have been fired by a representative of Antique 2 Modern, LLC. The executors of the estate have also advised us that their father never fired any of these firearms. He was only a collector and obtained the collection well after he retired in his later years before passing away.

We are NOT firearm experts or specialists. We can only describe each firearm based on what information we have from our consignment and from inscriptions and proof marks. We use a large database of firearm guides and help from the internet to identify each firearm and each firearms marking. It is very possible that we overlooked a mark or marks and they were not photographed. We are not responsible for missing a mark or specific photograph that helps better identify a firearm. We ask that all interested parties come preview in person prior to bidding and/or contact us directly with any question that will best serve your buying/bidding process. A firearm may need cleaned, we do not clean or alter any items before or after the sale. As with all items we receive, we leave it up to the seller/buyer to clean any item as many people have specific wants or needs with the cleaning process, especially since, in this case, there are so many historic and collectible firearms. Due to the bright lighting, it is easy to see any flaws (ie., lack of bluing etc.). Firearms commonly look much better in person as there is not a row of bright lights shining down on them. Some photographs may show dust, hair or debris in the photographs (The majority of the photographs were taken offsite from our facility, inside the estate). If you have a question pertaining to a photograph relating to whether there is a scratch or if it is debris, you can contact us and we will do our best to answer any ad all questions. Some photos have different types of lighting and may alter the color of the gun metal and wood components, please view through the abundance of photographs of each firearm taken by our staff to best serve you.
PRICE ESTIMATES: All price estimates are a combination from several sources and condition, current online auction archives (SOLD PRICES ONLY within 1-4 years), firearm dealers and experts, and current firearm price guides. There are many other variables, like scarce proof marks or types and variants, as well as, the ever-changing variable within the market. Are estimates are based on the current market and are solely opinions. We are not experts on firearm prices and any particular firearm in this auction may be worth more or less the estimates added into the descriptions.

PHOTOGRAPHS: Most of the photos taken were offsite from our facility, inside the estate. Some of the firearms were not properly cleaned and may show smudge marks or fingerprints. Some photos may show dust and or debris that was not easily seen in person, especially with the use of our photography lighting. Our staff used several different types of lighting on every firearm and took an abundance of photographs to give our online customers that will not be able to come for preview and view in person, as many positions and angles of each firearm possible. Due to the lighting, some photographs may slightly alter the color of the gun metal and/or wood components

**We guarantee all signed items we list in auction, you have 45 days from the day you received the item to get it certified through JSA, PSA/DNA or Beckett. If it is outside 45 days there is nothing we can do because we have already paid the consignor

YOU CAN LEAVE BIDS AT ANYTIME, HOWEVER WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE ANY BIDS THAT ARRIVE AFTER 3:30PM, AS THEY MAY NOT BE SEEN IN TIME. OUR WEEKLY WEDNESDAY AUCTION IS A LIVE AUCTION AND THERE ARE SEVERAL WAYS OF LEAVING BIDS. 1.) LEAVE AN ONLINE ABSENTEE BID. IF YOU ARE A SERIOUS BUYER ON ANY GIVEN ITEM, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU LEAVE YOUR HIGHEST MAXIMUM BID FOR THAT ITEM. A LIVE BIDDER, AND/OR A PHONE BIDDER MAY BID A HIGHER AMOUNT EVEN IF YOUR BID WAS THE HIGHEST ONLINE ABSENTEE AMOUNT. ALL OF OUR EVENTS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, WHETHER IT BE AN ONLINE GALLERY AUCTION, ON/OFF SITE AUCTION, WEEKLY CONSIGNMENT, AND AN ESTATE SALE OR ESTATE AUCTION. 3.)
