What a very nice sale, this week ! The home is lovely. The house is very full, so be kind and courteous to your fellow shoppers. Leave your cranky pants at home, please.

 
PLEASE NOTE-WE NO LONGER ACCEPT/HONOR SALES TAX EXEMPT BUYERS/RESALE CERTIFICATES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!   This will make life a lot easier, for my bookkeeper and I. 
 
The sale will be at #8 Palm Place, in Angleton, Friday, September 20 and 21, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days. Palm Place is off of Northridge, which is off Valderas, near the Rec Center. The home is on a cul-de-sac, so parking will be tight. Please don’t block the street, or driveways. Friday is also trash day, so don’t block the way of the garbage scow.
 
The sign-up sheet will go out, around 8:00 on Friday morning, and around 8:45, we’ll begin calling in the first names on the list.
 
Please, no large purses, back packs, strollers, etc. in the sale areas, or they could be subject to search. 
 
NO CHILDREN WILL BVE ALLOWED IN THE SALE AREAS, PLEASE.
 
Estate Liquidators does NOT provide carriers nor pack mules, for your large or bulky purchases. You’ll need to make arrangements to have them moved. We can provide the name/number of a wonderful local moving company.
 
We DO charge sales tax !!!  To EVERYONE !
 
We accept credit cards, cash, approved Brazoria County checks. There is a $60 return check fee. If you think that’s too much, write your bad checks somewhere else.
 
Large/bulky items will sport a two part tag. If you’d like to purchase that item, please take the BOTTOM half of the tag, and hang onto it, until you check out. If you change your mind, please find an EL worker,(we’re the ones wearing the clearly marked Estate Liquidator shirts), and give them the tag, so they can reattach it to the item.
