As is where is, cash and carry. Checks accepted with valid ID, but if it bounces, you owe us triple the amount PLUS costs. No preview, nothing held without 1/2 down. If amount not paid in full by close of sale - we keep the deposit. No one to help load. Not responsible for accidents, cars, or items left in them. We can send additional pictures but only if you send us an email requesting some. No additional pictures available 2 days before sale. Prices are firm because they are already 1/3rd to 1/2 retail.

Estate Sale – Murphy NC – Saturday Sept 28th, 8am until 3pm. Go to Perrone's Neighborhood Grill or Murphy Elementary School and follow the signs a couple of hundred yards. This house is also for sale Hand tools, power tools, McCoy, Hull, Fenton, Noritake, dishes, kitchen items, small kitchen appliances, furniture, ceramic and glass. Numerous decorative plates, Imperial and other glass. Christmas items, craft items, records, 8-track,. Over 200 cookbooks. VINTAGE sheet music - both popular and Church. Dozens of ceramic and glass cats by Fenton and others - some signed and pre 1972. Several VERY usual music boxes. Antiques, antique floor lamps, gas grill, tins, like new clothing and shoes. 1950's WORKING fridge / freezer. Yard pots. We are unwrapping things that have been wrapped so long, the wrap is also an antique! |
