No large purses allowed -- small handbags or pocketbooks only, please, ladies.
Checks or cash only. Checks accepted only with proper identification.
Unattended children shall be given agitated llamas and bags of Skittles.
Sealed bids shall be collected at the cashier's desk throughout Saturday, but only on items priced $100.00 and up.
Bids shall be called after the close of business on the first day (Saturday).
All items MUST be removed from the premises
no later than Sunday at 6 p.m.

Please park courteously and legally, as violators may be issued tickets and/or towed. Each dealer or eligible disabled veteran must submit a photocopy of his or her valid tax exemption certificate, else sales tax of 8.375% will be charged. Outside "sold" signs shall not be honored and will be promptly discarded. We'll have a "sold" table for your convenience at each sale; however,
 we ask that you be courteous to the estate itself,
 to us and to your fellow shoppers and not place items on this table (nor on your ticket) until you are fully committed to purchasing said items.
 We don't wrap, haul or deliver -- please don't ask.

The estate of the late Rev. Dr. William Lauren ("Bill")
and Mrs. Retha Stratton-Shell.

The Rev. Dr. Shell, a native of Alabama,
was a retired minister and educator.
He held a doctorate in education, and had served as
Vice Principal at John Marshall High School
and, later, Principal at Edmond High School.
The Rev. Dr. Shell later served on
the Oklahoma City School Board for many years.
The Shell sale will include, but not be limited to:
three bedroom suites
(one with a cherry finish, two with fruitwood finishes);
an oak dining suite with several leaves;
sofas, loveseats and occasional chairs;
