Welcome to Lex.CTBids – here we go with our 2^nd auction at this Wilmore home. Even more lots than Auction #1! Collectibles like you have never seen. This longtime Wilmore resident ran an antique & collectibles private store in his walk-out basement. The home is located off W. Main St. right by Asbury College campus. There are over 300 Lots in this auction! If you liked Fenton in the last auction, you will love all the Nippon in this auction – all varieties & colors. Plus cool railroad items, wooden boxes, crocks, tools, metalware, enamelware, oil lamps, bottles & jars, cast iron, locks, advertising items, miniatures, insulators, clocks. Barrister cabinets, display cases, dressers, sideboard, chests, game table, spool display, trunks, mantle. Not your normal items – coal stove, hemp scales, immigrant trunk, railroad oilers, African art set from Kenya missionary work, large live-edge beam, Leary’s Hotel Guide & Railway Map. New – Mystery Lots have been added to this auction - 4 Lots full of items, some included in description, some not. Also, many descriptions in this auction are based on the client’s notes and tags. We will be using our RSVP process for Preview, as we do not release the address for our in-home auctions publicly. To RSVP send a message to AuctionLex@gmail.com with name/email of all attending. We will send you a note the morning of with the address and check-in procedure. You will be entering the house down the driveway and thru the basement. We will have a sign-in table, so please stop there upon arrival. You will be glad you came!

This auction will start closing on Tuesday night, Oct 8th at 7:00pm. We highly recommend using the Max Bid feature on the auction site. Place your high bid and let the site bid for you. There will be multiple Lots closing each minute, so they will be flying off the page! Winning bidders will be invoiced electronically that evening and should plan to pick-up their items on Thursday at the home (address will be given on invoice). We will only allow small item pick-ups from 2:30-4:00pm to help prevent breakage. All furniture and shelving may be picked up after 4:00pm. Note – there is an alternate pick-up date scheduled for Saturday, Oct 12th at 12pm. Use this date as a last resort and by appointment only. If you need to use the delivery service, please let us know Tuesday night, so we can schedule the pick-up on Thursday. If you think you won items in this auction and do not see an invoice email from us on Tuesday night, please go check your Junk email folder or sign onto the auction site, go to My Account, then Invoices to see your new invoice. Remember, you can pay through PayPal straight from the invoice. Please read all Terms & Conditions online about this auction. A bid is a commitment to pay & pick-up. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
