If you are hiring a Common Carrier for out-of-state shipments, those shipments are exempt from tax if shipped directly from the auction site and a BILL OF LADING is provided.

Small rolling stock items- Thursday, December 5, 10-2pm
Shelving units- Friday, December 6, 10-2pm
Large items requiring loading assistance/riggers must be scheduled by appointment the week of December 9th -13th
All items not requiring a rigger must be removed by Friday, December 6, 2019.

Logistics
Below is a company that can assist you with shipping/hauling and rigging your items. Please contact them directly for scheduling and pricing.
It is your responsibility and the responsibility of your shipping agent to coordinate removal procedures and schedules with the auction company.
All the equipment must be paid for in full before a release will be given for the removal of the equipment.
You are buying all equipment As-Is with all faults.
All large items requiring additional loadout and rigger services must be removed from the building by Friday, December 13, 2019.

You are not limited to using John’s rigging service, however the company you hire must present Certificate of Insurance for a minimum of $1,000,000 blanket liability listing Sheridan Realty & Auction Company as additionally insured. Any buyer or rigger bringing in powered equipment must have a Certificate of Insurance before starting to load.

If you have large items or need help loading your lot(s), you MUST bring your own help to the load out.

All purchases must be paid for in U.S. funds at load out. Accepted forms of payment: CASHIER’S CHECK OR WIRE TRANSFER ONLY. NO PERSONAL CHECKS. NO CREDIT CARDS. Payment required in full within 48 hours of auction close.
