All trucks must be lined up by 10 AM the day of the sale for viewing. Auction will start promptly at 1PM. Every item that is in the back of the truck will be sold "AS IS,WHERE IS" with NO guarantees of any kind. The owner of the truck will be the only one allowed in the bed of the truck. U BOUGHT IT LLC. AUCTION SERVICE staff Will help with unloading of the merchandise. Our staff will ring the items but will not be allowed in the bed of the vehicle. This is a CASH only auction. Consignors will be paid in full, in CASH the day of the auction. Consignors are not allowed to bid on their own items. This is a NO RESERVE AUCTION, meaning if it's in the bed of the truck it will be sold. there is a $50 nonrefundable cash only deposit required to reserve your spot in this auction. In the event of bad weather we will reschedule for the next weekend. The only way you will not get your deposit back is if you simply do not sell your belongings at the auction. The commission for this auction is 30%. The auctioneer has the sole discretion upon how every item will be sold. This is a we will sell what you brought auction.
