Antiques, Collectibles, Art Works, Movie Memorabilia, Class A Motoir Home, Ford 150 PickUp Truck, Gift cards to $500.00 and much more!

American Legion Post 39 is holding a Charity Auction to help fund the Post’s “Christmas for Kids” program. This event will be held on 20th October of this year. We are requesting your support in this event by donating New Products and or Gift Certificates/Cards from your businesses to be Auctioned off in a live auction. Each item donated will be described in the Auction Catalog which will include your Corporation /Business Names as donors.  This year we have set a goal to help at minimum 150 local families. To do so we need to raise at minimum $7500.00 to $10,000.00.   Any funds left over after taking care of the children is dived equally among all families in the form of Walmart or other companies gift cards. It is our sincere hope that you will be one of our supporting members this year. The program is outline below and remember the more valuable the donations the more kids we can help. 

American Legion Merrill-Mitchell Post 39 is dedicated to providing community service programs within our Gilbert area and has designed a Christmas program called “Christmas for Kids” now in it’s 5 year. This program works hand in hand with Gilbert Unified School District Social Workers and Veterans Administration’s Social Workers to provide families in need a Great Christmas. We will provide those children and any brothers or sisters of those children with Christmas gifts of Clothing, Shoes, Toys and a healthy food bag with fresh fruit, nuts and healthy food stuffs as well as cost saving coupons for the family.  The Post will hold the Christmas party at our Post on December 21st 2019.  Each child additionally is provided a free Bicycle. Over last 4 events we have served over 1000 Children and an average of 98 Needy Veterans Families per year within our community. We sincerely hope that you will help us to help those in need.
