The sale will be rain or shine with majority of items outside, in the garage and in the driveway. Basement is so full that we will need to limit the number of people inside at a time. This is a huge estate clearing sale that you do not want to miss. This is 40+ years of collecting, saving and piling it up. There is so much here that we need to hold 2 sales so we can actually make room to get to everything! This is the 1^st round of the sale and includes all garage and basement items. (2^nd round of the sale will be more of home items and is scheduled for 11/15 & 11/16 so watch for more information). Because this is a lake home, there is very limited parking directly at the residence. There is plenty of parking on the street and a large parking area just a short walk away. Please be respectful of the neighbors. There is a loading area available at the residence if needed. This is just some of the items available and more will be brought out as room is available!!
