Done Deal Estate Sales will be having another estate sale in the south Tampa area this weekend. This time we will be located at the Stovall, a high rise condominium located right on Bayshore Blvd.
The Brewer Family, a Tampa family since 1973, have decided to move to a smaller location that includes long-term senior care. As A result, we will be liquidating the contents of this large condo, along with all of the appliances.
PLEASE READ BELOW CAREFULLY !!!!!!
*** This Estate Sale will be by appointment only ****
-IT'S IMPORTANT THAT YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW...……Parking is limited and the premises are tightly guarded...….
-No one will be allowed onto the premises without an appointment thru Done Deal Estate Sales and Appraisals.
-You must contact Done Deal Estate Sales @ 813-417-5423 to schedule an appointment.
-At the time of the appointment setting, you will then be given instructions on how to enter the premises and where to park. You must be there within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. If not, you will be bypassed by the next scheduled appointment.
-We will be scheduling appointments from Thursday through Sunday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM each day.
- Large Items(furniture etc.) can only be removed from the premises on MONDAY!!! There is no exception.....
