We've got an amazing sale coming up in Frisco, TX.  The community is Stonebriar off Legacy Dr. and Stonebriar Dr.  It is a gated area but access is very easy. HOA has been wonderful to help.

This is the gate house Entrance that you have to use for entry and exit.  Gate will be open from 9:30AM to 4PM for estate sale customers.

DO NOT TAILGATE. A $250 FINE WILL BE ISSUED IF YOU CAUSE DAMAGE TO GATE. IT'S ONLY A 15-20 SECOND DELAY BETWEEN CARS.  WE PREFER YOU TO SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH US!!!

 You will need to stop at Guard Gate where a member of our staff will get your name and give you a flyer with all the "good stuff" on it like address!  Please be mindful of the NO PARKING areas, parking is available on the side of street opposite the homes.  Shouldn't have any problems as it is a very wide street.  This home is stuffed full with treasures galore.  Sterling silver flatware, Waterford crystal stemware, bowls, vases, 5 sets of china and pottery, large beautiful Marge Carson dining set, French Country kitchen table that seats 8-10 with 9 beautiful chairs, sofas, wonderful costume jewelry AND plenty of fine jewelry also.  King beds, beautiful ornate office desks, loads of holiday items.  Nice patio furniture, pots ready to be planted, 3 large Christmas trees, kitchen is absolutely crammed with things for entertaining.  Pictures and more info later this weekend.
