We do offer preview for all auctions and we do encourage you inspect items before you bid. Each auction will show the preview times for that auction.
Buyer's Premium
There is a 15% buyer's premium on all items/lots.
Bidding
* The winning bid is defined as the high bid in a regular auction (one with no reserve price) or the high bid in a reserve auctions that meets or exceeds the reserve price.
* Bid wisely, you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, or enter in a wrong bid amount; our consignors are not willing to assume the cost of your mistakes.
* When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly. We do offer preview dates

This auction will include everything in the home, including the structure pieces as well. This home will be demolished shortly after the auction has ended. Payne Furnace 7 Years Old, Model# PG95SAS42060BAA w/central air, water heater and water softener are approximately 7 years old and currently installed in the home and in good working condition.  There's a newer Toro Gas Push Mower, Ryobi Electric Weed Whacker and more!

Current owners and tearing down this home so then can build there dream home on the lake. 

Winning bidders are responsible for removal of items and uninstalling appliances. Please bring tools to do so as none will be provided.

All winning bidders will have a chance to enter our end of the month drawing for a Double K Auctions $25.00 Gift Card! Check our Facebook page at the end of the month for our lucky winner!

Pick up times for the October 21st - 24th auction are as follows:

October 25th   (Friday)        10:00 am - 3:00 pm
October 26th  (Saturday)     10:00 am - 3:00 pm
 
 
We are always accepting quality consignment items for our auctions! $2.00 to list plus selling fees. The last day to bring consignments in is by 12:00pm, the Saturday before the auction starts. 
 
After the auction has ended, you should receive an email within a couple of hours showing the items you won and your invoice total. If you do not receive an email, please log into your account and go to "My Account", from there you can print/view your invoice. Please keep in mind that there is also a 15% buyers premium on all lots.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards ($10.00 minimum purchase, and 3.5% up-charge) Please read full auction terms and condition for more info!

It is the winners responsibility to bring packing supplies for any glassware or fragile item(s) that you have won. If you won big items please bring additional help for loading.

Please try to make every effort to pick up your items by the above dates. If items are not picked by last date specified, there will be a minimum $5.00 late fee and $1.00 per day per item.  If items are still not picked up within 7 days after the last pick up date, they will be considered abandoned and your account will be banned.
