Terms and Conditions:
*Payment must be made before any items are removed.
* If item remains unpaid for 5 days or if the item is not picked up 5 days from the auction end date, said item/s will be resold and no refund will be returned to the buyer unless prior arrangements have been made in writing.
*Seller(s) have right to reject final bid on their items; Sellers have the right to bid on their own Items; Auction company has the right to bid on behalf of the seller(s) or Buyer(s).
* Approved Payment: USD, Check (in USD), and Credit Card (4% Charge) (in USD)
*Payment must be received before item can be removed.
*All items sell AS IS WITH NO GUARANTEES.
*All sales are final.
*All photos are the property of Gathman Auction Company. Using our photos for any reason without our written permission is a copyright infringement.
*Shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.
*Shipping: Please note that shipping matches will require additional costs due to special postal requirements. Shipping cost will start at $10 for any item that is more than 14 inches or does not fit in a standard priotity mail box. Shipping cost will increase by item(s) size and weight.

CHECKOUT: OCTOBER, 28TH FROM 12:00 pm to 5:30 pm CDT at THE MASON COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS (17248 E Co Rd 1600N, Havana, IL 62644). All items must be paid for and picked up by OCT. 28TH at 5:30 pm. We are happy to ship items at the buyer's expense. Shipping arrangements also need to be made by OCT. 28TH at 5:30 pm.
