Our staff is here to assist you with sales and ideas for decorating but not for moving or loading.
We do recommend affordable movers and packing companies. We no longer supply packing materials or loan out tools. All items must be picked up no later than 2:30 pm on the last day of the sale. All credit and debit cards accepted ( with a 3.5% service charge). Other forms of payment are Venmo, Paypal and Cash App. One of our new features is you can pre-buy. (people are at work or they like to buy online.) We recommend looking at all the pictures. If you see something you like call us at 770-596-3722, for details, condition, and prices. You can then place a deposit on the items and they will be held until 10 am the opening day of the sale. **We do ask if you are running late or have other delays to simply call and let our staff know so you will not forfeit your deposit. ** The 3.5% service charge does not go toward the balance or refund. Last day prices. So, let's make a deal. This sale is at The Villages @ Eagles Landing. To enter the community you must go the Hudson Bridge entrance, not the gates on the Publix side that is for residents only. When you get to the gate call box simply dial 108# and I will buzz you in. If you have problems dial me at 770-596-3722. All cars must park on the right side of the street - across from the house. The driveway is for customers to load.
The home has some great: collectibles (like Bavarian, carnival glass), everyday dishes, glassware, golf pictures wall decor, rugs, yard tools, patio furniture, statuary items for the garden plant stands, weber grill, bakers rack, portable sauna, treadmill, glider, bedroom furniture items mirrors, office items, oversized chairs with ottoman, decorative items, silk arrangements and more Take a look at the photos. As always, you can reserve the items with a deposit. Details in our term policy. We do not supply packing materials. We are here to assist in the sale or decorating ideas. We can not assist with taking items to the car. The home is 4 Bedroom with 4 full baths. Totals out at 4,632 square feet complete with elevator sitting on a Golf course.
