The high bidder has 6 hours to present cash or wire transfer for 10% of the Contract Sales Price, along with the completed Offer to Purchase and Contract. If the buyer is within a 3-hour driving distance of Johnston County, Wester Auction will send a courier to retrieve the documents and the earnest money deposit. If the buyer is outside of the 3-hour distance, the earnest money deposit will be done with wire transfer or direct deposit into a Bank of America account provided by Wester Auction. The Offer to Purchase and Contract will be delivered by email for electronic signatures.

CLOSING - Closing must occur with 30 days of the Contract Sales Date. The closing will be with an attorney of the buyer's choosing. This is a cash closing. The buyer must present the remaining balance at closing with cash or certified funds.
