PAYMENT
Full payment is to be made within 48 hours of the conclusion of this auction. Buyer must contact auction company to confirm type of payment. Items will not be released until payment in full has been received and cleared. Payment is to be made with credit card, wire transfer, personal or company check or cash. All checks require a current BANK LETTER OF GUARANTEE. Credit cards accepted with a 4% convenience closing fee with all sales final and no sale shall be invalidated. No refunds and credit card payments cannot be reversed. Partial payments will not be accepted.

ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS, WHERE IS, AND WITH ALL FAULTS". Inspection is encouraged and available Monday-Friday, 9 am – 4 pm.

SELLER AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES (hereafter "SELLER") DO NOT PROVIDE ANY CERTIFICATION OF ANY SORT WHATSOEVER AS TO THE ASSETS. SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATED TO THE ASSETS, AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF EVERY TYPE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BUYER HEREBY WAIVES ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OF ANY TYPE AGAINST SELLER, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, PRESENTLY EXISTING OR HEREINAFTER ARISING, WHICH IN ANY WAY RELATE TO THE SALE, APPLICATION, OR OTHER USE OF THE ASSETS. BUYER HEREBY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SELLER FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, OR EXPENSES THAT IN ANY WAY ARISE OUT OF OR RELATE TO THE ASSETS FOLLOWING THE EXECUTION HEREOF. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM OR IN ANY MANNER RELATED TO THE SALE, APPLICATION, OR OTHER USE OF THE ASSETS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Buyers will be required to sign bill of sale/receipt to confirm understanding of these terms.

PICKUP: Items must be picked up within 7 days from auction date unless other arrangements have been made. Items may be picked up Monday-Friday, 9 am – 4 pm ET. Storage and/or relocation fees of $25 per day would accrue on any item left longer than that without arrangements having been made to leave longer.
