All Items must Taken off the Premises for Disposal. *10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final total of the buyer.*All Terms and conditions read the day of sale will supersede any and all other terms and conditions. *Auctioneer will have final say with any and all disputes that may arise with any bidder(s). *All bidders must Register with the Cashier at the auction and have a bidder number assigned to them only good for that auction day.
