There is not a correct address to list, for this week’s sale, ya’ll will just have to trust our signs.  IT'S AN ADVENTURE !!!!!!  There IS a number address, but it got messed up in the 911 system, so, if you go by the address given, you end up in a big hayfield, almost 1/4 mile away. Soooooo, the “address” will be, take FM 1301, West, out of West Columbia,(towards the Wharton area), turn right on County Road 810. (It’s just past St. Paul's AME church that’ll be on your left.) It may also show up as Gayle Lakes Road. The home isn’t actually a part of Gayle Estates, it’s before the subdivision. It will be the 5th driveway on the left, off 1301. There’s a massive oak tree in the front yard, that almost hides the house. We’ll have our signs out for y’all. There’s some concrete parking, between the house, and a little shop building,(nothing in the little building is for sale. The bell on the pole, IS for sale, but you’re probably going to need to pull the entire post, or saw the post off, don’t think those bolts are coming out), but most parking needs to be on the road. Please park carefully.

The estate sale will be Friday and Saturday, November 15-16, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days.  The sign-up sheet will go out around 8:00 on Friday morning, and we’ll begin calling the first names in, around 8:45.

There will be NO CHILDREN allowed in the home, please.

NO large purses, back packs, carriers, etc. will be allowed into the sale.

We accept credit cards, cash, and approved checks. There’s a $60 charge for returned checks. Think that’s too much ? Write your bad checks somewhere else.

Estate Liquidators does not provide carriers, loaders, nor pack mules, for your large purchases. You need to make arrangements to have your items moved, please.

Items in the sale include, but are not limited to:
