REGISTRATION:
Once a bidder registers, their registration will be reviewed and approved by auctioneer once bidder provides either proof of funds or a deposit in the amount of $10,000. Only after this approval will bidders be able to bid in the online auction.

BALANCE DUE:
Final Payment must be paid at conclusion of auction or next day before 3PM. All bidders are bound to their bid. Should a registered bidder not complete the transaction. They will be considered in default of the auction terms and be subject to subpeona by the Federal Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey.

BUYER PREMIUM:
A 10% Buyer's Premium applies to all purchases.

SALES TAX:
No Sales Tax applies at this auction.
