“Walking into a time capsule”, is how you would best describe the collections and grandeur; as Dallas and Texas history fills this unique, Preston Hollow Estate.

Baccarat and Italian crystal chandeliers, along with Stephen F. Austin, William B. Travis and Sam Houston, greet you upon entering. The stunning Quezal, “King Tut” glass-shade and brass chandelier, floor and table lamps are exquisite reminders of ageless, Art Nouveau design; with circa 1850’s, solid mahogany dining, parlor and entry pieces as pristine as when they were created. Half-Tester bed with provenance, stunning library filled with antique and newer, mixed genre books, Steuben cranberry glass, Baccarat stemware, Waterford, Baltimore Rose china by Haviland and much more.

If you are not into fancy and prefer a bit more rustic, we have a massive collection of pre-historic Native American Indian arrowheads, tools and bone collections, antique farm hand-tools, kitchen gadgets, locks with keys, industrial cabinets, typewriters and a wonderful collection of antique cash registers and slot machines.

We are limiting the number of ‘shoppers’, inside the home, with additional limits in certain rooms.

There will be Dallas Deputies on hand to assist us and they are tasked with not allowing handbags, backpacks, purses and such into the sale. Please do not bring them in or ask them to watch your bag as you shop.  Small crossbody bags are fine.

All Arrowheads, Native American Indian Tools, Cash Registers and Slot Machines are upstairs. We are limited on space and this is where they were originally and the only option to display.

A sign-in sheet* will go out on the front drive around 7am.
*Sign up sheet allows you to sign-in, then return in the order you signed in(one name per line), 15 minutes prior to sale opening. This process is generally done on opening day of the sale only, or can be done on 2nd and 3rd days if heavy traffic expected. It is good practice to take a picture of your name on the sign-in sheet, after you have signed in.

We’ve compiled a highlighted list of items in the estate which only covers a small portion of what you will see in the photos.

Please no pricing or pre-sell questions.

The jewelry and sterling is removed each night. The home is being lived in and is covered by audio and video surveillance internally and externally. Please do not disturb the caretakers as they will not be able to assist with selling any items outside of the estate sale hours.

We do not have any boxes or packing available for you to use. Please be prepared and bring your own. In addition, we do not have moving or loading assistance available.

SPECIAL REMOVAL DATE: Any removal of larger items or attached light fixtures will require approved scheduling before purchase. Larger items will be available for removal on Monday the 28th from 10am-2pm only. Any light fixtures attached to the home and sold, will require a licensed/insured electrician and “by appointment only” to have removed. Thank you.
