If you wish to examine items please ask one of our crew for assistance. We do not take offers on the first day of a sale. You may give a written offer at sales Table for consideration if item does not sale at price marked. Discount day is the last day of a sale. All items sold as is no returns, CASH AND CARRY, please bring help to move large items. We do not have Staff on hand to load your items, we do have phone numbers of people that may be able to assist in moving your purchases. Arrangements can be made at purchase to remove large items, ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED During the Sale. Any Pickups Not during Sale hours subject to a $25.00 service charge. Please do not park in driveways, neighbors are complaing of having driveways blocked, and people parking illeagly. I was informed as I left this afternoon that they would have the police out to enforce parking laws. I know most of you do this already, but there always a few bad apples.
Sunday we will be discounting. Some stuff will be 50%, other stuff will not be. Please ask if you have questions.
