• We will not make change for large bills for inexpensive items.
• Please be respectful of the neighbors. Do not block driveways or park on lawns or sidewalks or lmpede traffic on the street.
• Please bring boxes, bags and wrap for your purchases.
• All bags are subject to inspection by our staff. No large purses, shopping totes or backpacks, etc. Please leave them in the car before entering the premises.
• All purchased merchandise must be removed on day of sale -- No loading assistance provided.
• Any items with a "Hold" deposit, or paid in full, and not picked up by end of sale day will be resold/donated.
• Enter at your OWN risk. We are not responsible for accidents. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur on or near the sales premises.
• You must remove your own items without causing any damage to home and property.
• Driveway is for loading, not parking.
• Your must bring adequate help to pack and move items yourself. No tools or assistant will be provided at the sale.
• All children must be accompanied by an adult or at least hold their hands. We love kids, but ask you to keep them close to you for safety reasons. Strollers and carriers will not be allowed in the sale.
• Seller and liquidator reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• Neither liquidator nor seller shall be liable for any personal injury on the sale premises.
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine the condition of the merchandise before purchase.
• Buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use of itms sold and shall defend, indemnify and save harmless seller and liquidator from any and all liability.
• Buyer should guard their purchased items accordingly. Our staff will not be responsible for your purchase.
• Items can only be on courtesy hold for 30 minutes.
