All purchased items must be removed from the sale site by 12 Noon on Friday, December 20th, 2019. Ownership of any items not removed by this time will revert to the auction company for resale or disposal. Payment Terms 13.5% Buyer’s Premium Auction. Cash & Credit Cards. Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express are accepted. 8% Local Sales Tax. All Personal or Company Checks must be pre-approved by Anne Evans prior to sale day, made out to Evans Auctioneers, Inc and accompanied by a current bank letter of guarantee. NO Cashier’s Check will be accepted. Full payment must be made on the day of the auction. |
