SALE INFORMATION: Preview/Inspection day of sale only- Friday, December 13th starting at 9:00 AM EST
PICKUP/REMOVAL: WE recommend that all items be removed from the auction site the day of the event. All purchased items MUST be removed from the sale site by 12:00 noon est. on Friday,December 20th 2019. Ownership of any items not removed by this time will revert to the auction company for resale or disposal.
PAYMENT TERMS: 13.5% buyer's premium auction. Cash and credit cards, Visa,Mastercard,Discover & American Express are accepted. 8% local sales tax. All personal or company checks must be pre-approved by Anne Evans prior to sale day, checks must be made out to Evans Auctioneers Inc. and accompanied by a current bank letter of guarantee. No cashier's check will be accepted. Full payment must be made on the day of the auction.
DIRECTIONS: From Manchester Expressway, traveling on Manchester Expressway towards River RD, turn right onto River Rd. Go approx. 0.2 miles. Columbus Flooring & More will be on the right. Watch for sale signs. If you pass Piggly Wiggly, you have gone to far.
