Everything must be removed by Saturday, please bring help to move the item, and an appropriate vehicle.. PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer pre sales or 'hold' items. · Numbers for entry will be handed out at 8:00 am THURSDAY to those physically in line, one number per person.
· No sign-up list will be honored.
· No place holders will be honored for those that are not physically at the house.
· We do not pre-sell or quote prices prior to the sale.
· We gladly accept All Credit Cards and Cash, no checks.
· We are required by the State of California to collect sales tax. Only VALID Resale Certificates will be honored.
