   What a fun sale we have, this week !!  Pretty much stuff for everyone.

 
The sale will be Friday and Saturday, November 22-23, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days.  The sale will be at 106 Iris, in Lake Jackson.  It’s off Forest Drive. Please park carefully, don’t block driveways, fire hydrants, traffic, y’all know the drill. Do NOT park up on the curbs, or grass, please, or those Lake Jackson officers, with their sharpened pencils, could come calling. Yikes !
 
The sign-up sheet will go out around 8:00, Friday morning, and we’ll begin calling the first names in around 8:45. 
 
There will be NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SALE AREAS.
 
No large backpacks, purses, carriers, etc., allowed in. You bring them in, they’re subject to search. 
 
Estate Liquidators does NOT provide carriers, haulers, nor pack mules. You need to make arrangements to have your large, or bulky items toted. We can provide the name/number of a reputable local mover.
 
We do charge sales tax, no exemptions.  We accept credit cards, approved local checks, and cash. There’s a $60 charge for a bad check. Too much, you say ?  Write your bad checks somewhere else.
 
Large items will sport a two-part tag. If you want the item, (ok, I’m gonna type reaaaaal slow here), take the BOTTOM half of the tag, keep it with you, and give to one of the wonderful checkers, to pay. If you change your mind about the purchase, find an EL worker,(we’re the ones wearing the shirts that have Estate Liquidators printed on them, front and back), and give them the tag, so they can reattach it to the item. 
 
Please know the rules. All sales are final. No returns, no refunds. Everything in the home is sold as is, where is.
