This is an ONLINE PUBLIC REAL ESTATE AUCTION to settle an estate...it is NOT a foreclosure auction. $89,000 minimum opening bid. 10% buyer's fee. $4,000 non-refundable earnest money (certified funds or cash) required by 2:00 P.M. the Wednesday following the auction (Wednesday, December 18, 2019) at the Beloit Auction & Realty Inc. office - 534 W. Grand Avenue, Beloit, WI. Property offered as is with no contingencies. Successful bidder will be required to sign a standard offer to purchase at that time. Balance due at closing within 30 days (certified funds or financed through a lender on or before January 17, 2020). In the event the successful bidder does not meet the earnest money deadline, he/she will forfeit bidding rights to the property and his/her credit card required to register will be charged the stated earnest money amount as forfeiture fee. Closing paperwork will be handled/completed with Brabazon Title Company, in Beloit, WI.
