This is a Credit Card only Auction 

Inspection day will be Monday Dec 2nd from 3 PM to 6 PM by appointment. Please email john@tpauctions.com for address and time.

Pick up will be Friday December 6th 3 PM to 7 PM and Saturday December 7th 10 AM to 2 PM in El Dorado Hills. The address will be provided on your invoice.

If you cannot make it to pick up, you must notify us before Saturday 11 AM and we will charge a $5 fee per lot to transport to our warehouse excluding any Furniture. We will not move furniture. Any items not picked up by 2 PM Saturday will be deemed abandoned.

You must bring boxes, bags and packing as there will be non there and most of the items are not boxed or wrapped. 

Please bring help to move big items. Some of the bigger furniture is upstairs. There will be nobody there that can help you. It must be out of the house by 2 PM Saturday.
