Real Estate Online Auction Terms

6. Confirmation of Seller: Seller has right to approve or deny final bid.
7. Other terms: A live onsite auction will be held on Thursday, December 12th at 1 pm. The high bid online will be the starting bid for that auction so bid your best. If the online bidder wins the bid and is approved for the purchase, an Eleven Percent (11%) Buyers Fee will be added to the bid and a nonrefundable deposit of Ten Percent (10%) of the Sales Contract Price must be paid to the Auction Company within 48 hours following the signing of the Sales Contract which will be emailed to you within 4 hours following the Auction. This can be paid by wire transfer or hand paid to the auction company in the form of Cash or Approved Check.

10. Closing Costs: Seller will pay for any outstanding liens, CL-100, and prorated property taxes to date of closing. Closing must take place within 30 days after contract approval.
11. Buyer will pay all other closing costs including Attorney's Fees, Title insurance, Document recording stamps, $350.00 transaction fee and any other costs on buyer's side of closing.
