All items must be picked up and paid for on the pick up dates and times unless other arrangements are made.

SHIPPING-Shipping of items up to 20 pounds is available but only for items with a final sale price over $20. The cost of shipping plus a $5 handling fee will be added to the winning bidders invoice and charged to the card on file. For items over 20 pounds please contact us for prior approval.

Please be sure to pick up your items during the set pick up dates. Items not picked up on the pick up dates will be charged to the card used at registration (even if alternate pick arrangements have been made) and will have 7 days to be picked up or payment and the item will be forfeited unless other arrangements are made.

Cash, check, or credit cards (3% fee) accepted at checkout. Sales tax will be charged unless you bring your reseller sales tax information.
A temporary Hold will be placed on your card upon registration to verify the validity of your card.

A 10% Buyers Premium is charged for all purchases. Example= Your total items come to $100 your total cost will be $110 plus tax ($100 items, $10 Premium).

Your bid is a legal contract. Please bid accordingly. No bids will be removed unless there is an error on our part.

The auction ends with a soft close. Items will end 4 per minute but they will extend by 1 minute if there is a bid in the last 60 seconds.

We reserve the right to resolve technical difficulties by extending auction times or other actions as needed.

The staff and employees of Cock & Bull Auctions are permitted to bid on our auctions.
