As per Alabama sales tax code all purchases will be taxed at 10% for this sale. If you have a tax exemption certificate please bring a copy so that we will have it on file. If you do not have a current exemption certificate on file you will be charged tax.
We have a 13% buyer’s premium reduced to 10% if paying by cash or check. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITH NO GUARANTEES. Please remember that all sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. Due to liability issues we DO NOT LOAD, please bring helpers if you need them. Auction at the Annex! If you have not been to one of these auctions this will be the last one before the Holidays, just in time for the last minute gifts. If you are looking for some new furniture; appliances; home decor; gifts or you are looking to do a little remodeling DO NOT miss this sale! We have just too much to list! Bring a trailer and some friends. We will open the doors at 10 am for preview the auction begins at 4 pm. If you are unable to attend the auction absentee bidding is available and is accepted via in person or by calling 256-473-8087 and speaking with an associate. Preview starts at 10 am December 7th, 2019. Auction will start at 4 pm. Food and refreshments to be catered. As always, there is something for everyone at K-Line! |
