All sales final, all items sold "as is," no exchanges or returns accepted. Bidder is responsible for reading over and inspecting items they choose to place a bid on. Boyd's Auctions and Estate Sales is not responsible for misread descriptions. Cash, Credit, debit, and approved checks accepted. 14% buyers premium added to each sale unless using cash or check. (We offer a 4% discount for cash or approved check) and 8.4% sales tax attached to each sale, sales tax is not applied if you are a tax exempt buyer or on the purchase of vehicles. It is the responsibly of the buyer to arrange shipping and pick up at time of payment. Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping. |
