Wow, the last sale of the year !!! Where DID 2019 go to ?? This is a really nice sale, the house is packed. The sale will be Friday and Saturday, December 13-14, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days. The address is
215 Marigold, in Lake Jackson. Marigold is the street that goes straight into the Oyster Bend subdivision,
off Old Angleton Road. It’s a dead end street, so PLEASE park carefully, and kindly. Do NOT block
driveways, please. There’s a 24 hour close patrol on the residence, by the local constabulary.
There will be NO children allowed in the sale areas !
No back packs, large purses, shopping bags, strollers, etc. will be allowed in the sale area, or, they
could be subject to search.
The “sold" baskets are provided for your convenience while shopping. We consider items in those
baskets sold. They are NOT there, so you can “think about” whether or not you might want the item(s).
If items are left in the baskets more that and hour, they will be put out for sale, unless you’ve made
other arrangements. Leaving items in the baskets, hoping for the next discount, on Saturday, ain't
gonna fly, either. All items in baskets will have to be paid for, before any other discount may apply.
We accept cash, credit cards, and approved local checks. We have a $60 returned check fee. Think
that’s too much ? Write your bad checks somewhere else, then. We also offer Square financing,
for purchases over $250.
Estate Liquidators does not provide loaders, haulers, nor pack mules. You need to make your own
arrangements to have your large purchases moved. We can give you the number of a local company,
that does moving.
Large items will sport a two-part tag. If you want to purchase the item, thak the BOTTOM half of the tag,
and hang onto it. When you’re ready to pay, give it to the checkser. Change your mind ? Find an EL
worker, and give it to them, so they can reattach the tag. EL workers are wearing maroon company
shirts, that have Estate Liquidators printed, front and back. What a great concept !!!

bottle, gorgeous Fenton pieces, vintage Realistic Mach One speakers, many sea shells, very nice
selection of jewelry, including James Avery, huge collection of Scottish Terrier/Scottie dog items,
including bakelite napkin rings, Sabino Scottie figurine, vintage glass “hen” candy dish, chocolate
service cabinet/display, beautiful display and curio cabinets, lovely antique Scottish chest, very nice
framed art work, and framed needlework, side/accent tables, lift chairs, Century china hutch, Heirloom
sterling by Oneida, campaign style furniture, Vtech full size bed, king bed, dressers, chests, bedside
tables, jewelry chest, nice cedar chest,(HEY !!! y’all are going to be shopping in here for some great
items for Christmas, eh ?), bed/bath/table linens, nice microwave/storage unit, large slatted wood wall
unit, several hand painted Gone With The Wind style lamps, vintage lyre base tables, boxes and
boxes of kitchen gadgets and utensils, pots, pans, bakeware, Whirlpool microwave, Frigidaire
refrigerator, vintage Corning, Pyrex, Fire King, beautiful large punch bowl w/cups, cute maple end
