The MTRAA would like to invite you to participate in our on-line 2020-2021 MTRAA Directory auction.

The online auction will be open December 12 th at 12:01 a.m. until December 16 th at 9 p.m.

Details of the auction:
A. Full Color Pages will be auctioned to Montana Red Angus Association members only. Members can purchase a page together and
split it, but it must be submitted as one page.

B. Available Full Color Pages that will be offered at the online auction:
1. Inside Cover
2. Page 1
3. Page 14 ( page number may be different than listed, due to the layout of the directory).
4. Center Fold ( 2 pages minimum bid $600).
5. Page 19 (page number may be different than listed, due to the layout of the directory).
6. Page 30 (page number may be different that listed, due to the layout of the directory).
7. Inside Back Cover
8. Back Cover

C. Minimum bid is $300.
D. No other color ads will be sold then the ones listed above.
E. The MTRAA will notify the successful bidders the day after the sale. Invoices will be sent to the
purchasers.
F. Directory Ready Ads need to be emailed to Chris Pierce at lostcreekreds@yahoo.com before
January 1, 2020. Contact Chris for the details about sizing.

The directory page size is the same as the previous issue; 8 1/2" x 5 1/2". The ads will be featured in full color and the rest of the directory will be in black and white print. The lots will start to close at 9 pm. mt. on Monday December 16th. This is a soft close auction with bids placed within two minutes of the close will be extended until the bidding ends. The pictures featured with each lot are from the last directory of the actual page offered.
