This auction is from a warehouse filled with collectibles from a bay area collector and includes antiquities from the Christian Armstrong collection. Nearly 50 years ago an earthquake destroyed a Buddhist Temple in Thailand and Christian Armstrong was allowed to recover antiquities from this temple before it was demolished and shoved into the ocean. This auction has some of the paintings, carvings and other artifacts saved by the statesman, Christian Armstrong.
