AUCTION 4000 Northfield Way, Suite 900 Roswell, GA 30076 SELLING ONLINE ONLY BID DEADLINE (Starts To Close): Tuesday, January 21st @ 10 AM ASSET DESCRIPTION: Selling a variety of assets from multiple locations of a national day spa and medical spa. Large generators, steam generators, facial equipment, forklift, spa tub, massage tables, fixtures, furnishings and much more! ONLINE BIDDING REGISTRATION: Online bidding to begin on January 10th. INSPECTION: Monday, January 20th from 10 AM – 1 PM It is STRONGLY advised to inspect the items, in person, during the inspection period in order to validate the descriptions and/or photographs in the catalog. Assets are located at 4000 Northfield Way, Suite 900, Roswell, GA 30076. Major credit cards are accepted but will include a 3% convenience fee at checkout. Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice. Payment will be accepted at auction site from 8 AM – 3 PM on Wednesday, January 22nd. Payment must be received no later than 3 PM on January 22nd. REMOVAL: Wednesday, January 22nd from 8 AM – 3 PM Once full payment has been received, removal can begin. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. Please do not assume there will be boxes, hand trucks or assistance with packing or loading. Failure to adhere to the posted times for removal, will incur additional expense. ADDITIONAL TIME – Additional time is NOT AVAIILABLE for picking up items. Please make certain that you can meet the requirements of the removal conditions prior to bidding.
