(You must pay first then go out to get packing bags, etc) Please bring your own help to move and load. Local sales tax of 8.25% will be charged on all items unless you provide us with a valid copy of your resale license. Paypal Accepted Credit cards accepted for sales over $50.00 ATTENTION: THE HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH AN ALARM – Considering the recent increase in burglaries - all jewelry, coins, valuable items are removed from the house and will be brought in the morning of the sale. No early visits – Do not disturb neighbors. You enter the premises of the sale at your own risk. By entering the premises of the above stated estate – you agree to exempt us and the owners/trustees of the estate from any and all liabilities in relation to accidents and injury you might incur.
