This classically elegant town home located on the grounds of an historic estate property in Ipswich is the venue for another great estate sale by the Precision Estate Sales Team. With the historic main house mansion, rolling open fields and incredible scenic vistas as the backdrop we are ready to roll out a houseful of classic items for our PES shoppers.

As you enter the home you are met with a great expansive kitchen, dining and family great room. The centerpiece of the dining area is an incredibly grand Frank Lloyd Wright Prairie Style Dining Set by Copeland, based on his drawings and featured in Wright's Dana-Thomas House; the set would be a wonderful centerpiece for your home. Featuring a grand extension table (self-storing leafs) that includes 2 arm chairs and 4 side chairs, that feature a slightly slanted back and upholstered seats.

Moving to the main level Family Area, shoppers will find a beautiful Landsbury Fitted Sofa Suite, two club-style Gavin Leather Glider Chairs, all complemented by a Zara Coffee Table (all from Arhaus). The space is completed by an 8 X 10 Modern-style rug and further accented by a set of Nesting Tables done in a Parkton Cherry finish, topped off by a pair of Prairie-style Copper and Mica Shade lamps (4 total throughout the house). Additional accent pieces include a cherry finish rustic mirror and an antique 12 light sash mirror as the focal point of one end of the room.

The Home's office area features an Executive desk in a cherry finish, two more of the Prairie-Style Lamps, a Stanford chair in maple and black finish, books and additional office items.

Moving through this grand space we now enter the finished lower level, passing by a lovely framed floral print. This level is fitted out with luxury and relaxation in mind. Featured here is a Manchester Leather Chaise ensemble, an incredible drum coffee table, set upon a lushly elegant rug. Also found here is a tabled chess set, an Ascend storage solutions unit in a rich espresso finish, tufted leather ottomans and the signature piece of the area, a large, leather framed mirror that sits atop the fireplace mantel.

We're not done at this level as we feature a Mid-19th Century Pine Country Table (circa 1865-1870), a set of small ladder-back side chairs with rush seats, 4 leather-topped bar stools that accent the grand bar (sorry, bar goes with the home). Bedrooms at this and the first level are furnished with twin beds, a children's table and chair set, wood storage units, a small pine writing desk with chair a drop-leaf pine side table with drawer, a four drawer antique dresser, distressed pine bookcase, two leather arm chairs with ottomans, a small wood trunk with brass accents, a six drawer dresser with cabinet and two great bedside tables.

Throughout the home decorative and accent pieces abound starting with a Henry Peeters (local North Shore artist) framed original, mirrors, framed prints, lamps, on and on.
