We have been commissioned by a secured party to offer the following real estate for public auction:

Directions to Property: Take exit #111 from I-77. If exiting northbound turn left off ramp onto Call Road or right if southbound. Go .9 miles on Call Road, then turn left onto Sissonville Drive, (route 21). Go approx 1.2 miles, then turn right on Guthrie Road to 4-way stop. Continue straight onto Fisher’s Branch Road for 2 miles, then turn left on Coon Hollow Road.  Property is on the right. Watch for ‘Behm’s Auction’ signs.
