This weekend sale is definitely one of a kind. We will welcome you to a gorgeous gated community home estate sale this Friday and Saturday, January 24th and 25th. The house as you walk in is a statement from the 20th century, with an incredible presence of treasures, that this artistic couple had collected or created through the years. There are bronzes from 1960s, signed by the artist, tons of paintings in different form, both oil and watercolor, some prints. Every wall will surprise you with a different element, starting with Native American portraits and other style paintings and sketches, Landscape watercolors by different artists from midcentury era, original Thomas Kinkade print with COA, folk art portraits, Biblical and spiritual motif paintings, and so much more. There will be Godinger silver plated items, as well as a full toiletry silver plated set of International Silver Co.: brush, mirror, tray, powder box, trinket, etc. Really cool vintage computers, vinyl record player, printers, nice shredder, Apple Macintosh, Bowlex machine, weights, vinyl records and even 8 track tapes will surprise you with great variety in the office area. An did we forget to mention tools? Yes, there are plenty of tools at in garage as well!

Dining room and Living room just goes back in time, with amazing pieces of Amber and Lilac Pyrex, collectible corning ware, Czechoslovakian hand painted vase, amazing pieces of porcelain, Japanese and Chinese tea sets, even Calvin Klein pasta bowls, heavy lead crystal pieces, plenty of silver plated ware (trays, flatware), but also absolutely stunning set of 1940's heavy dark solid wood dining table with 8 chairs and gold velvet cushion finish and oversized China/dining cabinet in same golden velvet theme.
