The sale is a little out of the ordinary and includes items both in/out of the Estate as well as the separate garage area. ITEMS MAY INCLUDE: Antique treasures, Steamer travel trunks, furniture, dressers, Paintings, Glass art, Vintage sewing machine/craft making, Electric Fireplace, Lots and LOTS of tools, STHIL, Craftsman Tool chest, Chainsaw, Table saw, Tile saws, Sanders, Vintage table Vice grips, Concrete/stucco tools, Drills, Router, Belt Grinder, Large12-Gallon Shop vac, Wrenches, Sockets, Camping gear, Hunting/fishing items, Antlers, Heaters, Knives, Sentry Safes, Leather tools for the enthusiast, Vintage Signage Stop signs, DIP, Speed Limit, One Way, Comic-CON Marvel figurines, quilts, knick-knack findings, AND MUCH, MUCH MORE! Weve been asked to conduct the Estate sale from 10:30am - 3:00pm in an effort to avoid the colder weather and be more comfortable for our guests. Plan on bringing your coffee cups, Coffee & Cookies scheduled to be served until gone. IMPORTANT*: PARK WHERE CAUTION CONES ARE INDICATED, VERY STEEP DRIVE, AND PLEASE NO EARLY BIRDS :-) THANK YOU! *Due to snow-safety concern AZ Family has elected to hold the Saturday - Sunday sale a little later in the morning as indicated. We are currently working on the driveway to mitigate ice and snow as much as possible as well as setting heaters throughout the area. Please understand that there is snow and ice, you enter at your own risk. Our regular sale hours will remain in effect for the weekends public sale beginning Saturday 01/11/2020 at 1030am.
