Hi Everyone!  Ole Susannah's is having our first Estate Sale of the new year this week! Trust me, you do not want to miss this sale.  The previous owner of the home was a former Mardi Gras Queen (Crew of Venus) from New Orleans.  She moved to Monroe and built this beautiful home on the bayou after Hurricane Katrina.  There is some of the most beautiful antique furniture you've ever seen.  The house is over 5,000 heated square feet, and it is filled from top to bottom and outside with lovely (some one of a kind) items.  This sale comes just in time for Mardi Gras.  There are vintage costumes (men & women) and beautiful ball gowns, in addition to collectible Mardi Gras items.  

Please make sure to be considerate of the neighbor's yards when parking.  Also, the home is being actively monitored by interior and exterior security cameras.  The new owners will prosecute any and all violators.
