AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
VERY IMPORTANT! READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU ATTEMPT TO BID. ONCE YOU BID, YOU WILL BE BOUND LEGALLY BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND RULES THAT ARE STATED HERE.
TERMS GENERAL TERMS: All prospective buyers must be at least 18 years old and are required to register prior to bidding. By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges he has received, read, and understands and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the auction. The bidder, whether acting as principal, agent, officer or director of a company or otherwise, in any capacity whatsoever, and the company they represent, both jointly and severally agrees to indemnify and save harmless Auctioneer and its officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys and its consignors, from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, damages, costs, and losses of any nature, including injury and death, arising from the purchase or use of any items, or the attendance or participation of bidder, his/her agents or employees, at the auction and/or on the auction site whether before, during, or after the auction. Auctioneer reserves the right to periodically change the terms and conditions of the Agreement, which shall be effective immediately upon posting. It is the Bidders responsibility to review any and all changes made to these terms and conditions prior to bidding on property. Auctioneer reserves the right to add or withdraw property from the auction, and/or regroup items. The auctioneer reserves the right to open the bid as the result of a tie bid or discrepancies in the bid. Bidder must submit information found to be current, complete, and accurate for proper identification. Auctioneer does not sell or rent this information. Auctioneer uses email mailing lists to notify customers about online and live auctions. Customers who do not wish to be notified should contact the office of the Auctioneer and request removal from the email mailing list.
Bidder is responsible for security of his/her bidding number/username and password, and any and all bids placed under the assigned number/ID. Auctioneer should be notified immediately if Bidder believes number and/or password have been compromised.

Auctioneer reserves the right to terminate registration, deny any person for any reason permission or access to bid, to reject any and all bids, and to suspend or ban Bidder from bidding, at Auctioneers sole discretion. Bidder registration is not transferable or assignable.
Read the descriptions of each lot and view photographs carefully. If you have any questions call Estate Solvers LLC at 812-454-4181. Using YOUR knowledge and experience, form your own opinion of the property and bid accordingly. If you are in doubt, DO NOT BID.
BIDDING IN THE ONLINE AUCTION: Once you are registered and have your Username & Password, you may place bids as soon as a lot opens for bidding. Your bids are FINAL and constitute a binding contract. Please be aware that lots will close at various times and possibly different days and may be extended. You are responsible for monitoring these close times. Please bid early to avoid disappointment.
Bidder acknowledges that hardware malfunctions, software malfunctions, viruses, and similar issues do occur and are beyond the knowledge, scope, and control of Auctioneer. We are NOT responsible for your system malfunctions, connection to the internet or your e-mail client stopping any of our e-mails to you regarding bid confirmations and/or outbid notifications. An invoice will be sent to your registered e-mail address within 24 hours following the conclusion of the auction. This auction has what is called an "auto-extend" feature, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last 4 minutes of the auction, the bid on lot(s) will extend an additional 5 minutes. The bidding will extend in 5-minute increments from the time the last bid is placed until there are no more bids, and the lot sits idle for 4 minutes. The auction company may, at their discretion, adjust the auto-extend time increment. Auction company employees and/or auction company may bid on auction items. This auction will be a timed online auction with bidding close as the items are closed.
PAYMENT:

10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid price to determine final selling price. Sales tax when applicable will be charged on both the purchase price and buyer’s premium.
Payment Options: Preferred payment would be the credit card on file with HI Bid. All purchases will be automatically charged the following morning after the auction has closed with your credit card on file with HI Bid. If you do not wish to have your credit card charged for your purchase(s), please contact us as soon as possible to make other arrangements for payments. Estate Solvers LLC must be notified within 24 hours before auction end or your credit card on file will be charged. If you wish to use other mode of payment at time of pick-up, we will take cash or good check on local area bank only with identification.
Items must be paid in full prior to removal of items from the premise.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE MADE. - IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED BY THE LAST SCHEDULED PICK UP DAY, IT WILL BE CONSIDERED IN DEFAULT.
If a bidder does not pay, the bidder agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by Estate Solvers LLC to collect unpaid funds from the bidder. The bidder agrees that a late fee of two percent (2%) of the outstanding balance per month will be added to any unpaid balance due Estate Solvers LLC any dispute will be tried in a court of jurisdiction within the county of sale location.

Pickup of Property
Items are to be picked up on the arranged pickups day(s). If you are not able to pickup on the pickup day, please contact Estate Solver LLC as soon as possible. There could be a $25.00 staffing fee for pickup after the advertised date and time. The additional pickup time will be only by appointment within 72 hours after advertised pickup date. Estate Solvers LLC will wait no longer than 30 minutes for your arrival. Please be on time. All property remaining after that time may be subject to forfeit at the discretion of the auction company.
Shipping:
Estate Solvers LLC will plan to ship and pack any item (s) that will fit safely in a box smaller than 18x18x16 inches. Estate Solvers LLC will make the decision what will ship together safely. You the bidder will pay for all shipping cost, as well as insurance plus a $10.00 handling fee per box. Shipping available to US addresses only for this auction. Shipping cost must be paid within 36 hours of shipping quote sent by Estate Solvers LLC to your email address. After shipping has been paid, the buyer will allow Estate Solvers four business day to ship the item(s) out.
