All items are purchased AS-IS WHERE-IS. Please contact info@irsauctioneer.com for any questions prior to bidding. After the auction is over you will receive an invoice via your registered email with the 13% Buyers Premium added. If you do not receive an invoice by 6:00am of the next day please contact the project manager of the auction and notify them. The project manager contact info is on the front page of the auction which has the interactive MAP. All payments must be made prior to pick-up by using paypal to facilitate IF YOU DO NOT PAY FOR AND PICK UP YOUR ITEM(S) ON THE ALLOTTED DAY AND TIME YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR THE ITEMS IN FULL TO MAINTAIN YOUR BIDDING PRIVILEGES, AND YET THE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED ABANDONED. IF FUNDS ARE NOT RECEIVED BIDDING WILL BE SUSPENDED AND ANY EXISTING BIDS ON OTHER AUCTIONS WILL BE DELETED UNTIL ITEMS ARE PAID IN FULL. A $25 REINSTATE FEE WILL APPLY!

THE BUYER MUST MAKE ALL NECESSARY SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE SHIPPER AND PAY THE SHIPPER DIRECT. Increasing your own bid/Bidding Errors
Please be aware that many bidders routinely increase their own bid to price an item out of reach of other bidders. Our software will allow you to increase your own bid due to this bidder/buyer strategy. Therefore you should immediately review your bids once submitted. If you mistakenly increase your own bid, place your bidder number in the bid field, or make a typo you must immediately contact the project manager and notify them of the issue. We will not reverse bids after the auction has closed no exceptions.
