TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats. All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.75% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Bring Help to Load Large Items; Not Responsible for Accidents. Collectors and dealers will delight in the variety found at this sale...We are your one stop shopping for basically anything you would every need or want to find at an estate sale...Make us your one and only stop...you will be not be disappointed. Every cupboard, every dresser drawer, an attic with 60 boxes and a packed garage means a fantastic estate sale with treasures of all kinds...We know from our client's children that she threw nothing out....that's great news for us! To start we have many 19th C items, English, French, Asian including Japanese, Chinese, antiques....glass, porcelain, pottery, silver, figurines, garden, loads of costume jewelry, vintage purses and clothing, vintage linens, packed kitchen with mixing bowls, kitchen glass, advertising, etc...Dining room with china and dishes for several families....BOOKS and more BOOKS...more. GARAGE FLOOR TO CEILING PACKED!!!.....bonus room packed! Antique furniture, chests, tables, trunks, side chairs, sofas, couches, bookcases, dining tables, vitrines, screens, breakfronts, ottomans.... Re: Purchasing for resale using a resale certificate in California If you are purchasing for resale, please have your current California state resale certificate and if you are not already on file with us, be prepared to fill out one of the forms we provide that allows for your tax exempt status. We do not accept out of state resale numbers, it is against the law. We comply with state law and thus will only accept California state resale numbers. We also check all numbers with the state website. Thank you in advance for your understanding. If you need further clarification, please contact the California tax and fee administration....someone there will be delighted to clarify state law for you. Sale hours this week will be Saturday, March 8 9 am to 1 pm Sunday, March 9 9 am to 1 pm (longer if sales are brisk...)
