* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. We encourage everyone to Preview and inspect all items in person if possible . We can Facetime out of State Buyers if neccessary .

* Again , Bidder inspection is encouraged.
*By placing a bid, The bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.

* No Shipping is Offered on This particular auction . We will cooperate with any shipper the high bidder decides to choose with prior agreement between Auctioneer and bidder .

Absentee Bidding will end Feb 7 th , 2020 at 2:00 Central Time P.M. The Live Auction will be conducted That evening starting at 6:30 P.M. Please leave Your Starting and your Maximum Bid . You will be notified Saturday Feb 8th if you are the Winning High Bidder . Items can be picked up Sat Feb. 8th Noon -3 or the following Wed- Fri. 11-4 (or by appointment) .
