This sale is NOT going to be a nice neat sale. This house is currently slated for demolition. The home was being gutted and completely rebuilt while also being lived in and is in a state of disarray. Getting around may be difficult for some people. Unfortunately I do not have time due to the sale of this home and it's pending demolition to completely straighten things out. You might find things I have missed as a result. This is a 2 story home with steep stairs and no hand rails. For this reason I cannot allow anyone that has problems walking to go upstairs. I mean no offense, it is for your safety. My apologies. This sale begins on Tuesday January 21st at 11AM and will continue until January 30th. BRING HELP TO MOVE HEAVY ITEMS YOU WILL NEED IT!!! I cannot help you under ANY circumstances.
