1.	This is a beautiful Blonde wood hutch made by Broyhill. Normal scuffs and scratches expected on the wood. Measurements are 61" wide by 25" deep and 79" tall over all. It is in 2 pieces. The wood shelves are missing the pins to hold them in place. Drawers and doors all open fine. Heavy piece bring help to load
2.	Very nice Blonde Wood Tall Boy Dresser. Made by Broyhill. This is also in good condition with normal scuffs and scratches on the wood. Measures about 44" wide by 19" deep and 55" tall
3.	Very nice Blonde Wood Dresser Cabinet. Made by Vaughn-Bassett Furniture. Normal scuffs and scratches on the wood. Drawers and doors open fine. Measurements are about 52" wide, 19" deep and 60" tall
4.	Blonde Wood Nightstand. Made by Vaughn-Bassett Furniture. Normal scuffs and scratches on the wood. Does need a wipe down. It's a little bit dirty. Drawers open fine. Measures about 30" wide by 16" deep and 28 1/2 inches tall. Matches lot 3

11.	Solid Oak Wood Armoire Cabinet. Made by Vaughn-Bassett Furniture. This is a One Piece Unit. Very Heavy. Bring help to load. Normal scuffs and scratches on the wood. The knob on the left hand side of the door looks like it's been repaired. Over all the measures 48" wide by 23" deep and 74" tall. Interior measures 42" wide by 20" deep and about 33" tall
12.	Solid Oak Desk Cabinet. Normal scuffs and scratches on the wood. The doors open and close as they should. The slider for your keyboard comes out with no problem and so does the bottom slider to put your printer or files. Measures 42" wide, 24" deep and 54" tall.
13.	Very nice Wood Sofa/ Entry Table. Made by Broyhill. Good condition with normal Scratches and scuffs on the wood. Measures 58" wide by 16" deep and 30 1/2 inches tall

1.	This is a beautiful Blonde wood hutch made by Broyhill. Normal scuffs and scratches expected on the wood. Measurements are 61" wide by 25" deep and 79" tall over all. It is in 2 pieces. The wood shelves are missing the pins to hold them in place. Drawers and doors all open fine. Heavy piece bring help to load
2.	Very nice Blonde Wood Tall Boy Dresser. Made by Broyhill. This is also in good condition with normal scuffs and scratches on the wood. Measures about 44" wide by 19" deep and 55" tall
3.	Very nice Blonde Wood Dresser Cabinet. Made by Vaughn-Bassett Furniture. Normal scuffs and scratches on the wood. Drawers and doors open fine. Measurements are about 52" wide, 19" deep and 60" tall
4.	Blonde Wood Nightstand. Made by Vaughn-Bassett Furniture. Normal scuffs and scratches on the wood. Does need a wipe down. It's a little bit dirty. Drawers open fine. Measures about 30" wide by 16" deep and 28 1/2 inches tall. Matches lot 3

11.	Solid Oak Wood Armoire Cabinet. Made by Vaughn-Bassett Furniture. This is a One Piece Unit. Very Heavy. Bring help to load. Normal scuffs and scratches on the wood. The knob on the left hand side of the door looks like it's been repaired. Over all the measures 48" wide by 23" deep and 74" tall. Interior measures 42" wide by 20" deep and about 33" tall
12.	Solid Oak Desk Cabinet. Normal scuffs and scratches on the wood. The doors open and close as they should. The slider for your keyboard comes out with no problem and so does the bottom slider to put your printer or files. Measures 42" wide, 24" deep and 54" tall.
13.	Very nice Wood Sofa/ Entry Table. Made by Broyhill. Good condition with normal Scratches and scuffs on the wood. Measures 58" wide by 16" deep and 30 1/2 inches tall
