My mom passed away on September 23, 2018. I am lost without her. She was deeply in debt. To save her small Condo from going into foreclosure, she made an agreement with a friend that if the friend paid the loan current, she would sign over the deed to her condo.

Word quickly traveled of her sudden passing. Everyone trying to lay claim on things inside the house. The people who were deeded the house went thru everything, gave away what they didn't want, gave other things to their grown and married kids. It was breaking my heart to watch this take place without even thinking of me. Early on I asked her if I could have the handmade Xmas ornaments that my mom and I made every year. Just the 2 of us. We made them out of a different material each year. We both signed the backs of each one. And every year when I was growing up, only our handmade ornaments from all those years were used to decorate our xmas trees. My mom was so very crafty and a talented seamstress, quilter and crocheter. I crochet bc of her. So they
threw away many many of our personal effects. I requested very few things (and this is my mom!). Nothing of monetary value but items with sentimental value that would mean nothing to anyone but me. My #1 request was to be able to have the ornaments my mom and I made every year as I was growing up. It was my only request. Next thing I hear is that these people and their grown children are getting rid of everything via an estate sale. The address was 11034 Carlton Way Stanton CA 90680. CORNER OF BRADFORD AND CARLTON WAY and you purchased ANYTHING and many ppl did and these ppl pocketed thousands of dollars in addition to over $300,000 by selling the my moms house, I would be so very grateful to have any of the items that were my mom's and especially our handmade ornaments. This was a sale where there were A LOT of large scale xmas decos. My mom adored Xmas more than anything. If this rings a bell.. If you bought anything from these ppl or their kids..
